Using small o-rings on the x7 that came in the kit.
Guessing that the orings or tube would be better than a spring, maybe due to the tension as a spring will only squash so far ?
Looks ok with these screws, going to order some washers as it will look better !

So I need the 3mm countersunk washers ? Or will the dome head screws work fine ?
Got the psm plate today.. Got spacers with it...
Didn't get any washers with it so I'm guessing it doesn't need any !
I get my carbon plate today hopefully.. All I need now is for someone to make front lower arms, only then can i crash with confidence like how used to with the x6 !
I hate you Ross ;0)
Well, 2nd race in and broken it again !
This time I broke the front right lower arm, the top plate and snapped the upper pin brace. All this on the same part of the track and with in 1 minute of my...
Hi mate..
I've always used the stock mugen clutch kit..
1.00mm springs, hard ally shoes and a 14t bell as I find it calms the back end down a bit,
I use the same servos with hudy arms mate.
...
Nah sod all this ! I like crashing and taking all the wrong lines on purpose :glee::glee::glee::glee:
Hehe
I see what your saying gray, I tried with one screw through the both of the linkages but with the nut on top it hits the body shell, nut at the bottom and there's no clearance. Guess I could cut the...
Ok..
Well now then, I'm happy to say I have not installed it incorrectly mate. what ever way the linkage is fitted the head of screw still sits far to close to the servo case.
Have been...
Speak to Russ a fwm. He should have carbon top plates coming in soon
Hi all.
Had an issue with my mbx7 throttle horn. The brake linkage sits on top of the servo case with hardly any clearance at all.
Was wondering if the hudy offset servo horn would rase the brake...
I've just looked at the servo and I have a nice grove in the top. Some one said this would happen at the track Sunday as well, and he advised me to dremel the top of the servo down where the linkage...
NEVER ! :thumbsdownsmileyani
A lawn dart it was haha !
I love the car, much easier to drive than 6reu, when I'm not running out of talent that is..
I managed to break clean off my front lower arm, snapped the shock end off and bent the drive shaft and shock shaft with it yesterday !
Good thing I had spares and thankfully mats s-works drive...
+1
I intend to race the day with no problems !
Stock plastic ones. My wife will go apeshit if I spend any more on racing so the ally uprights will have to wait :0(
Not long glued my last set of blockades on a set of jconcepts inverse wheels and have found after fitting them that the rear wheels bind on to the bottom of the uprights. Gutted
Was wondering if...
You might want to look at getting a .21 engine for longer run times fella but the one you have now is fine.
I'm sure between us all at kmrc we have enough bits to help you out so don't worry....
Put your meat away little fella !
Lee Martin put a thread on here saying that he fitted a thicker fuel line inside the tank. I've heard about the clunk getting stuck inside the tank. Some people...
Has any body any idea where I can get thicker fuel line from to correct the fuel tank issue ?
