Default Scott Aspect FX-25 Mountain Bike 2008 Large Size

Thought I’d try this on here first.

I bought this new from Wight Mountain on the Isle of Wight in August 2008 and it’s only been used for a 5 minute test ride around the block, it’s been stored indoors since !

    Redundancy forces sale.

It’s completely original spec as per below, but as per photos it’s got no pedals.

Frame: Aspect FX Hydroformed double butted with Scott LCR shock with 110mm travel and remote lock
Forks: RockShox Dart 2 100mm travel with rebound adjust and lockout
Gears: Shimano Deore LX front and rear derailleurs
    Shifters: Shimano Deore rapidfire plus
    Crankset: Shimano M442 44x32x22
    Brakes: Shimano M485 hydraulic disc
Wheels: Alex TD-24 32H rims built on Shimano RM 65 rear and Scott Disc comp front hubs - Tyres: Scott OZON 26x2.0
    Handlebars: Scott comp 20mm rise
    Stem: Scott comp
    Saddle: Scott aspect
    Seatpost: Scott comp 31.6mm

It’s as new apart from some scuffing and a very small tear on the side of the saddle, hydro discs all round, good general level of equipment (Deore and LX)

It has a handle bar mounted lockout lever for the rear shock which locks the rear suspension solid.

It's a Large frame which equates to around a 19" hardtail.

I,m 6'1" (the 1" is important ) and when it's set for me the saddle is about level with the headstock, and there's still adjustment left on the seatpost.

    Cheers.

    Hi,

I was going to buy one of these from Go outdoors as they have them for 449 but could buy yours instead, would you consider 300 posted?
