    Hi,
    quick question

    is this V2 insert and update for the one I already have or is it only available as a new unit ?
    if update, how much please ?

    Hi Derick,

    Its available as a seperate casing which will attach to your current unit. Prices vary depending on what version you need so its best to check on my website.

    Thumbs up i love my RC Sure Start

    Finally used my Sure Start over the weekend! Yes, I know i have had it for months! lol!
    What an amazing bit of kit - made the job of running in my engine a breeze!

    can someone reccomend me a battery to run mine off? I got hold of a lead acid 12v 2.8ah one off a mate (i know nothing about these btw) and it lasted about 10 mins. dunno if its the battery or what?

    Could do with one that lasts the day at least!

    Links would be good, pm me if possible as ill prob forget ive posted this haha

    oh and cheap as poss would be nice too

    You need a higher rated battery than 2.8ah. A 7ah battery is minimum I would say and is good for 5 to 6 preheats

    Hello Rockhopper,

    Yes website has been offline as ive been taking a break for the summer from Sure-Start. Im about to reopen it ready for the autum and winter in the next couple of weeks and have started selling a few units on ebay to start with.
