You need to "host" your pictures at a suitable website, such as PHOTOBUCKET or IMAGESHACK for examples, both of which are FREE to use

Once you've set up your account, watch this video clip I found on "you tube" after searching for "how to post pictures on a forum"
It's very straight forward and easy.
