    Default running on tarmac

Been running my X1-CR (brushless conversion) on tarmac recently, it's been ok, but i'm finding the badlands i've got are far too grabby on a bone dry surface and rather than the back end drifting out in a fast corner (which it does when it's slightly damp) it just sticks in and flips the buggy.

has anyone got any suggestions for set-up or tyre choice to keep it planted and help resist side flips.

Here's a bit of 'on-board' footage i shot - showing the problem: YouTube Clicky

Grip roll, also those badlands wont' last long on tarmac...save them for dirt/grass running or they'll be shredded before you know it.

Try something like some worn in crimefighters or holeshots for tarmac, should be a bit more predictable.

Nice vid and quality - I'd say it was just grip roll, have you tried road tyres?

Lowering the ride height, tyres, shocks etc etc will all help - also steer gently and don't yank full lock otherwise it will flip (grip roll).

I'd whack some road tyres on, lower the car and lay shocks down.

1 set of cheapo slicks and job's a good-un - handles like a beauty and zero grip roll.

Will shoot some more footage soon.
