Core RC UAC50, £45.99 from ModelSport:

Charging rate up to 6A, can charge 1-6 cells, 12v and mains input, you can't go wrong.

I've had 2 of these since October and they're excellent, they also have a storage charge facility which charges or discharges the LiPo to exactly 50% charged (3.8v per cell). I've found doing this after every use makes the cells balance up a lot quicker when giving them a full charge before going out driving.

The only thing I would say about this charger is some of the charge leads it comes with aren't up to much, one of mine developed a very high resistance and I had to make up a new one, but it doesn't cost much to make a charge lead.

There are cheaper chargers out there but i've heard a lot of horror stories about them overcharging one cell and suchlike.

Depends on what you want to charge and how quickly you need to charge it.

If you have enough packs to allow you enough time to recharge others at a lower rate....fast charge rates may not as critical and you may be able to get by with a low wattage charger. If not, you may need to get a higher wattage charger.

    This may be of interest:

    I believe the B6 is a 50W charger.

If you aren't worried about charging at the maximum charge rate possible (i.e are happy with a lower wattage charger) and you want something easy to use. Check out the Team Orion Advantage Touch charger. Has a Touch screen, is really easy to use, is AC and DC and comes with a selection of cables and balance board...is again only 50W and on the downside it is more expensive at around (£120) although you can get 7.5% off at JESpares at the moment if use their moving coupon!
