How often should you change your shock oil. I've noticed that when you push the suspension down it stays down is this a sign it needs changing.

Sounds like something is a bit tight, remove your shocks and see if there is free movement in the arms.

Could be the sign of a bent shock shaft... or, as said above, remove the shock and check arm movement and also check for bent hinge pins
