    Nasty sounding break, hope all goes well, ive broken bones too many times to remember!

    Different note though, isnt podium RC in Shrewsbury or is there another one in staffordshire too?!

    Yes Podium RC is in Shrewsbury and you are correct but i live in Staffordshire

    Get an airbrush and some paint Mandy and have a go painting a shell in your down time, quite relaxing and you can do it sat down

    I have ben back to hospital today and been for re xray luckily for me there is no fracture or broken bones;They have found i have sever tissue injury and damaged the top layes of the bones this was the outcome today ;





    I am in plaster for a further 2 weeks go back on Tuesday 31st July to be re accesed by the orthapedic consultant to see how the tissues and bones are healing

    So at the moment a bit pi$$ed of to say the least and do not when i will be back out racing

    hong nor sabre x3,speed power, bullit power.dx3r smd.
    herts nitro models for all you need and lots you dont but still good to look at them.

    Arrived back from hospital today after re seeing the orthapedic consultant and yeh you guessed it another 3 weeks in a full plaster ;

    I am hoping i will be well enough for my major event of the year Proline Challenge and my last round of TMSC if not some ppl are going to busy getting me up and off the rostrum, pitting and marshalling for me ;

    Just thought i would keep you all informed as you have all been asking at meetings how things have been going

    Severe soft tissue injury to lower leg.ankle and foot and also damaged the top layers of the bones

    I am hoping on return back to hospital on Tuesday 21st August the plaster will be of for good but still be at Proline with you guys what ever the outcome is
