I would just like to say if you knew the rain was so bad why not use the emergency contact no. before setting off????

The forecast was changing hour by hour, if the rain had eased off by 10 am we could have cleared the track but the rain beat us.

The re-run date is the only free date for both CMCC and GBModelsport and it was going to be a problem not clashing with other series sorry.

I did not say I would not give refunds, the drivers who have paid will be invited to the meeting first with free entry and any monies that we took at the week end will be added together with the re-run , as most of the drivers from last years meeting will remember we raised over £1000 and has been presented to WMAA

At no point did we miss inform the drivers , the re-run meeting will be a 1 day meeting with open practice on the Saturday

Booking in will be open soon.

I asked you Mark and wasn't the only person who asked in the awning what was happening with the race fees that we payed and you replied there was no refunds as its for Charity as to which i accepted but to hear after people had been refunded

We won't be at the meeting as we have a regional commitment at another club

i never said you miss informed anyone, i said you needed to be more informant to save people a wasted journey, on a astro track i could of seen why you would of took a risk but on a dirt track with puddles 2-3 inch deep and mostly waterlogged was not worth it or was it ?

There was no point us waiting for the 10am meeting, we had been told at 8.40am in the caravan awning that the meeting was being called off

so i will leave it there as i have had my 2p worth and said my peace, i wish u all the best at the re run

we were given a refund less the £5 for saturday practise but to be fair not everyone was in the same situation as us, we had paid to ferry across drove from poole and had paid for accomodation for 4 nights, had we had the luxury of driving 80 miles and being disappointed trust me we would of taken that option, as it happened we couldnt get back home till Tuesday so had to find other things to entertain, karting, nando's (the scenery was exquisiste), the cinema and finally the hotel bar so on the whole a fairly expensive weekend, will we be back! hell yeah
