Baja Endurance Challenge 2008

HPI Racing are having a series of Baja races in most of the EU countries during the spring and summer, with the aim of getting one team from each country to attend a final 12-hour race in Spain (just outside of Barcelona) at the end of the summer.

The race teams will consist of 4-6 racers from each country, running one Baja car...for twelve hours straight.

We'll be organizing a noon-to-midnight race with lights, a big pit, separate refuelling area, huge driver's rostrum, driver banquet on Friday night and a prize ceremony just after the race at a nearby bar to finish everything off!

We are just finalizing the Final race rules with the Spanish organizers but we'll have them available very soon. Each country will probably have their own individual rules but for the Final race we will be quite strict to keep things level - even to the point of each team using the same fuel and tyres for the whole race.
